In 2002, Frank fought a year-long battle with the Berkeley City Council and the Berkeley Community Media board who were trying to censor adult programming on Berkeley's public access channel, B-TV. The censorship efforts were specifically focused on Frank's show, Unlimited Possibilities (http://www.eroplay.com/fmup/cabletv.html) and The Dr. Susan Block Show (which Frank sponsored). Dr. Suzy came up to Berkeley to participate in a live debate on B-TV about this censorship effort. This video was shot before and after the debate.
